Important notes about PGirls

• Nature / Non-convertibility: PGirls is a non-redeemable digital point usable only within this community. It cannot be exchanged for legal tender, ETH, or any other currency. No bridge is provided. It is not intended to be an investment product, security, electronic money, or a prepaid payment instrument.
• How to obtain: PGirls is granted as a benefit for purchasing our NFTs sold on OpenSea, or as a reward for completing Zealy campaign quests.
• Scope of use (redemption): On PGirlsChain, PGirls can be redeemed (used/consumed) via our designated smart contracts for digital perks such as NFT music and art that we provide. It cannot be exchanged for money, currency, or other assets.
• Transfers / P2P trading: Transfer to third parties, person-to-person sending, and P2P trading are not permitted. (Through technical controls and our Terms of Use, transfers to any destination other than our designated contracts are prohibited.)
• No guarantee of value or profit: PGirls does not generate investment returns such as price appreciation, dividends, or APR. We do not guarantee the value or availability of PGirls.
• Expiration: There is currently no expiration date (terms may be changed in the future with prior notice).
• Refunds / Cancellation: Granted PGirls is non-refundable (except where required by law). If fraudulent acquisition is discovered, we may cancel or void the grant.
• Taxes: You are responsible for determining and handling any tax treatment related to receiving or using PGirls.
• Operational changes: The content of this point program, grant conditions, redemption options, and the program itself may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice. Please refer to this page and the Terms of Use for the latest information.
• Territories / sanctions: Use may be restricted in certain regions due to applicable laws and sanctions.
